الیکٹرک گاڑیوں کی صنعت نے حالیہ برسوں میں انتہائی تیزی کے ساتھ ترقی کی ہے جس کی ترقی نے تیل کی منڈیوں کے لئے خطرے کی گھنٹی بجا دی۔  اقتصادی خبروں کے لیے مخصوص خبر رساں ایجنسی “بلوم برگ” نے خبردار کیا ہے کہ الیکٹرک گاڑیوں کی صنعت کا تیزی سے ترقی کرنا تیل کی منڈیوں میں آئندہ بحران کا مرکزی سبب بنے گا جب کہ گاڑیاں تیار کرنے والی کمپنیوں نے بھی اس نوعیت کی گاڑیوں کی مانگ میں بے پناہ اضافے کی تصدیق کی ہے۔ امکان ظاہر کیا جارہا ہے کہ آئندہ 6 برسوں کے دوران الیکٹرک گاڑیاں پوری دنیا میں چھا جائیں گی اور پیٹرول اور ڈیزل سے چلنے والی روایتی گاڑیوں کو پیچھے چھوڑ دیں گی۔

بلوم برگ کی رپورٹ کے مطابق الیکٹرک گاڑیوں کی مانگ میں تیزی سے جاری اضافے کے نتیجے میں محض آئندہ سات برسوں کے دوران تیل کی عالمی مانگ میں یومیہ 20 لاکھ بیرل کی کمی آجائے گی اور اس مقدار میں عالمی مانگ میں کمی آنے سے یقینی طور پر تیل کی قیمتوں میں بھی نمایاں حد تک کمی واقع ہوگی۔ گزشتہ برسوں کے دوران تیل کی قیمتوں میں بے پناہ اضافے بالخصوص فی بیرل 100 ڈالر کی قیمت تجاوز کرنے کے سبب الیکٹرک گاڑیوں کی صنعت کو عالمی سطح پر انتہائی پذیرائی حاصل ہوئی۔

بلوم برگ کے مطابق دنیا میں الیکٹرک گاڑیاں تیار کرنے والی تین بڑی کمپنیوں نے منصوبہ بندی کی ہوئی ہے کہ بڑی الیکٹرک گاڑیوں کی فروخت کا آغاز اوسطا 30 ہزار ڈالر کی قیمت سے کیا جائے گا۔ اس کے علاوہ دیگر کمپنیاں بھی اس شعبے میں اربوں ڈالر کی سرمایہ کاری کررہی ہیں اور اس سلسلے میں مزید سستی گاڑیاں پیش کیے جانے کی توقع ہے۔ تجزیہ کاروں کے مطابق 2022 تک الیکٹرک گاڑی کی قیمت روایتی گاڑی کے برابر ہوجائے گی اور یہ وہ نقطہ ہے جہاں سے الیکٹرک گاڑیوں کی فروخت میں غیر معمولی اضافے کا آغاز ہوجائے گا۔

برطانیہ کی سوانسیا یونیورسٹی کے ماہرین نے دریافت کیا ہے کہ تازہ پھلوں، سبزیوں اور کھانوں میں اینٹی آکسیڈنٹس کی بڑی مقدار موجود ہوتی ہے ۔ دوسری جانب فاسٹ فوڈز میں یہ اجزا نہیں ہوتے اور ان کی کمی جسم اور خون کے خلیات کو متاثر کرتی ہے ۔ یہاں تک کہ جنک فوڈ خون کے خلیات کو شدید نقصان پہنچاتا ہے۔  خون کے خلیات ( سیلز) ہی پھیپھڑوں کی آکسیجن جسم میں ہر مقام تک پہنچاتے ہیں اور کاربن ڈائی آکسائیڈ کو خارج کرنے میں مدد دیتے ہیں۔ ماہرین کے مطابق خون کی خلیات کی صحت جسم کی اہم خبرنامہ ہوتی ہے۔

سوانسیا یونیورسٹی میں آنتوں اور ہاضمے کے ماہرین اور کینسر پر کام کرنے والے سائنسداں کہتے ہیں کہ خون کے خلیات خراب خوراک کی فوری نشاندہی کرسکتے ہیں چونکہ یہ خلیات ہڈیوں کے گودے میں پیدا ہوتے ہیں اسی لیے خراب غذا انہیں متاثر کرتی ہے۔ ایک صحتمند شخص کے جسم میں بھی 10 لاکھ خلیات میں سے 3 سے 5 خلیات تبدیل شدہ یا متاثرہ ہوسکتے ہیں۔ جو لوگ پھل اور سبزیاں نہیں کھاتے ان میں یہ تبدیلی دُگنی ہوسکتی ہے۔ اس طرح آگے چل کر یہ کینسر سمیت کئی امراض کی وجہ بن سکتے ہیں۔

حال ہی میں ایک برطانوی طبی رسالہ میں یہ رپورٹ شائع کی گئی ہے کہ جو خواتین آدھے سر کے درد میں اکثر مبتلا رہتی ہیں وہ مستقبل میں عارضہ قلب کا بھی شکار ہو سکتی ہیں- جرمنی اور امریکہ کی ایک مشترکہ ریسرچ کے مطابق خواتین میں آدھے سر کی درد کی بیماری سے قبل عارضہ قلب کی بلکل بھی شکایت نہیں تھی- تقریباً ایک لاکھ خواتین کے چیک اپ کے بعد اس بات کا انکشاف ہوا کہ جو خواتین آدھے سر کی درد جیسی بیماری کا شکار ہوئی ہیں وہ اس بیماری میں مبتلا ہونے کے بعد عارضہ قلب کی شکایت کرتی ہوئی پائی گئیں

طبی ماہرین ایک میڈیکل اصطلاح "اورا" استعمال کرتے ہیں - "اورا " اس کیفیت کو کہتے ہیں کہ جس میں خواتین آدھے سر کی درد سے پہلے یا بعد میں آنکھوں کے سامنے روشنی کی جھماکے محسوس کرتی ہیں اور اسی حالت میں کسی منظر کا کچھ حصہ دکھائی دیتا ہے اور کچھ نہیں اور مریض کو اپنا توازن برقرار رکھنا مشکل ہو جاتا ہے- تحقیق سے اس بات کا بھی انکشاف ہوا کہ وہ خواتین جو "اورا" کا شکار ہوتی ہیں ان میں فالج کے اٹیک کے چانسز پچاس فیصد بڑھ جاتے ہیں

انگلینڈ کی کیمبرج یونیورسٹی نے حال ہی میں ایک نئی تحقیق کی ہے جس کے مطابق انسانوں کے لیے وائرس صبح کے وقت زیادہ خطرناک ہوتے ہیں- یعنی وائرس صبح کے وقت زیادہ آسانی کے ساتھ لوگوں کو بیمار کر سکتے ہیں- سائنس دانوں کا کہنا ہے کہ اس تحقیق سے ان وباؤں کو قابو کرنے میں مدد ملے گی جو زیادہ تباہی کی وجہ بنتی ہیں

اس تحقیق کے ایک اور پہلو کے مطابق یہ بات بھی اخذ کی گئی ہے کہ جو لوگ شفٹ کی صورت میں کام کرتے ہیں یعنی کبھی رات کو اور کبھی دن کو کام کرتے ہیں ان میں یہ وائرس زیادہ آسانی کے ساتھ بیماریوں کا باعث بنتے ہیں

ناول اور کتابیں پڑھنے سے عمر بڑھتی ہے، تحقیق

نیویارک: روزانہ صرف آدھے گھنٹے کا مطالعہ آپ کی زندگی میں کئی برس کا اضافہ کرسکتا ہے جب کہ ناول پڑھنے کا اثر زیادہ گہرا ہوتا ہے۔

اس ضمن میں ایک 12 سالہ طویل مطالعہ کیا گیا جس کے لیے امریکا میں ییل یونیورسٹی کے ماہرین نے 50 سال سے زائد عمر کے 3 ہزار سے زائد افراد کو مطالعے شائع کیا۔ مطالعے سے معلوم ہوا کہ ہفتے میں ساڑھے 3 گھنٹے تک کتاب کا مطالعہ کرنے والے افراد میں اس دوران موت کا خطرہ 23 فیصد تک کم ہوگیا۔

مطالعے میں شامل افراد سے ان کی صحت اور مطالعے کی عادت کے بارے میں بھی پوچھا گیا اور لوگوں کو 3 گروہوں میں تقسیم کیا گیا۔ ان میں پہلا گروہ مطالعہ نہیں کرتا تھا، دوسرے گروہ میں ہفتے میں ساڑھے 3 گھنٹے تک مطالعہ کرنے والے لوگ اور تیسرے گروہ میں اس سے زیادہ وقت تک پڑھنے والے رضاکار شامل تھے جب کہ زیادہ مطالعہ کرنے والوں میں خواتین سرِ فہرست تھیں۔

مطالعہ ختم ہونے کے بعد انکشاف ہوا کہ جن افراد نے ہفتے میں ساڑھے 3 گھنٹے مطالعے میں گزارے وہ کتاب نہ پڑھنے والوں کے مقابلے میں 23 ماہ یعنی 2 سال زیادہ زندہ رہے۔ ماہرین کے مطابق ناول کی جگہ اخبارات، رسائل اور جرائد پڑھنے والوں پر بھی اس کا اثر ہوتا ہے لیکن اتنا زیادہ مضبوط نہیں ہوتا۔

ماہرین نے بتایا کہ روزانہ نصف گھنٹہ تک کتاب پڑھنے سے عمر بڑھ سکتی ہے، غالباً اس کی وجہ یہ ہوسکتی ہے کہ کتابوں کے مطالعے سے ذہنی مسرت اور سکون ملتا ہے اور دماغ کی اکتسابی صلاحیت بڑھتی ہے۔
